These 60-minute FUN workouts are designed to help spark ideas on how to improve creativity, effectiveness, and overall balance in your personal fitness regime.
The basic structure of each workout consists of; a 10-min warm up, 40-min “work” section, & 10-min cool down because we know you’re busy and can’t spend all day at the gym. Please modify as necessary, share, & enjoy!
