Tucker Murry: Competitive Sports Graduate Assistant

As the Competitive Sports Graduate Assistant, Tucker oversees the Intramural Program at Truman. Tucker joined the Intramural staff in August of 2022. Tucker received his Bachelor's of Science in Communication Disorders from Truman in Spring of 2022. Tucker is seeking his Master of Arts in Communication Disorders to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. Outside of working at with Intramurals, Tucker enjoys serving the Kirksville and Truman community with Blue Key Honor Society.

Gus Williams: Competitive Sports Student Supervisor

As the Competitive Sports Student Supervisor, Gus supervises the Intramural student staff team alongside the Graduate Assistant. Gus is currently a senior who is studying Agricultural Business. When you do not find Gus working or playing Intramural Sports, you can likely find him with his fraternity brothers in Beta Theta Pi.

Student Staff Team

The Intramural student staff team is composed of approximately 20 student employees. Intramural Officials are responsible for officiating games and ensuring that the environment is safe and fun for all participants. Intramural Supervisors are responsible for supervising officials, responding to injuries, and ensuring that all participants are receiving great customer service.

Truman has over 1500 students who compete in Intramurals each year and we have a strong staff of over 25 officials and supervisors who make that possible. Officials are hired per semester and can be trained in as many as 15 different sports and activities.
