Why are you a trainer?
To promote fitness and wellness and help others achieve their
fitness goals
What do you hope a client takes from the sessions they have
spent with you?
Hope they gain knowledge about strength and cardiovascular training
and their benefits.
How are you fulfilled by a client as a trainer (i.e.
progress)?
I love seeing clients get enjoyment out of exercising and develop a
passion for fitness as well as adopting a healthy lifestyle.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy everything active. My favorite sport is hockey and I
played competitively with the St. Louis Jr. Blues.
Why should a client choose you to be their trainer?
I am easy going and do my best to make clients feel comfortable.
I've worked in fitness for over 5 years and have a passion for
sharing my experience and knowledge with others.
