  2. Combination locks are provided.

  4. Renters of half-lockers may move their belongings to a full locker and use their lock to secure their belongings in the full locker while utilizing the Student Recreation Center. The belongings and lock must be returned to their half-locker immediately after use.
  5. Semester half-locker rentals are valid from the first day of class of a semester, throughout the semester, and end on the last day of final exams for that semester. Locker contents should be removed from the Student Recreation Center by the end of final exams.
    • Fall semester half-locker rentals are valid at the start of classes after Truman Week, and end on the last day of final exams in December.
    • Spring semester half-locker rentals are valid at the start of classes in January, and end on the last day of final exams in May.
    • Summer semester half-locker rentals are valid at the start of classes in June, and end the first Friday in August.
  6.  The renewal period for those lockers rented by the semester will begin approximately two weeks prior to the last day of classes each semester. Renewals must be completed by the last day of final exams. Half-locker rentals that are renewed do not need to be emptied, and may be used over the semester break period during posted open hours.
  7. Annual half-locker rentals are valid from the start of classes after Truman Week to the first Friday in August the following year. The renewal period for those lockers rented by the year will begin approximately three weeks prior to the first Friday in August. Renewals must be completed by the first Friday in August. Half-locker rentals that are renewed do not need to be emptied, and may be used over the semester break period during posted open hours.
  8. There are periods during the year when the Student Recreation Center may be closed and the lockers will be inaccessible (e.g., December holiday period, weekends during interim periods, holidays).
  9.  If all lockers are rented, a waiting list for potential locker renters will be kept. A new waiting list will be started every fall semester. Assignments will be made by the Student Recreation Center staff once the number of vacant lockers is determined. Those assigned a locker will be notified at the start of the next semester rental period and must pay for the locker rental within the first three days of class. Failure to pay within the specified time period results in removal of the person’s name from the list and the locker assigned to the next person on the waiting list.
